What I Do
I'm an experienced and technically driven IT professional who specializes in modern device management (MDM), endpoint security, and automated deployment solutions across diverse enterprise environments. My work is centered around building secure, scalable systems using tools like Microsoft Intune, Addigy, Apple Business Manager, and Entra/Azure AD to streamline onboarding, lifecycle management, and device compliance. I'm especially passionate about automation, platform standardization, and improving the end-user experience through well-architected infrastructure.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported hundreds of users across hybrid and cloud-first environments. I’ve successfully led and implemented initiatives such as:
Migrated and unified on-prem and cloud accounts pre-Intune deployment for ~150-User Org, reducing complexity and enabling zero-touch setup
Designed a fully hands-off Apple iPadOS MDM environment using ABM + Addigy for a client’s self-service kiosk system
Automated device onboarding with a combination of cloud-based PowerShell scripts and Windows Configuration Designer (PPKG)
Microsoft Autopilot architecture and rollout
Built image deploy infrastructure using for internal IT team and maintained image design and repository
Designed and deployed zero-touch deployment for both new and existing macOS environments in both Intune and Addigy
Deployed, designed, and updated a multitude of enterprise applications, automating installations and app pre-requisites and configurations.
I routinely use PowerShell and BASH scripting to automate configuration and deployment tasks, manage configuration profiles and compliance baselines, and oversee multi-environment MDM rollouts. I've also worked directly with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-documented. I frequently mentor junior technicians, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's technical competency
My Background & Career Transition
Before I moved into IT full time, I worked in audio/visual production and live technical environments, managing everything from music to livestreaming and soundboards to lighting rigs and event workflows, as well as basic IT issues (When you're young, techy, and work at a church, you become the de-facto IT Guy very quick). This creative technical background developed my systems thinking, real-time troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination skills. The transition to IT was a natural evolution — applying those same principles to modern infrastructure, support, and automation challenges.
Since making that shift, I’ve thrown myself into IT completely — learning through hands-on experience and deliberately broadening my exposure to as many platforms, tools, and environments as possible. My past has shaped me into an adaptable, resourceful, and methodical technician who thrives on solving complex problems and building efficient systems from the ground up.

Work with a variety of businesses to assist with items like: providing guidance on hybridizing environment to Microsoft 365 services, especially Licensing, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Cross-Tenant User Data Migration with Exchange Online and OneDrive. PowerShell scripting automation for various tasks and IT workflows. Provide insight on where cloud services and management tools can assist with administrative overhead and cost.
